How do I Know What Size to Order?
Please check out the sizing info section for details on how to take a finger and wrist measurement OR measure an existing ring. Please get in touch through the contact section if you have any further questions or special size needs.
If I Don’t See My Size Available Can I Order Anyway?
If your size is not available please contact us as we may not have updated our website.
Do You Offer Gift Cards?
Yes we do and you can request any amount you like. These are generated on demand and come with a unique, single use code. More info in the Gift Card section.
I am Buying a Gift…How is it Packaged?
As standard your item will come boxed in a Silver Possum Jewellery branded box and placed inside a padded bag. If you require gift wrapping this can be purchased at checkout.
I am Buying a Present so Can You Send Invoice Info Separate to my Order?
Invoice will NOT be included… this is done via email direct to the payer and not the recipient.
Do you Offer a Warranty on my Purchase?
I give my personal guarantee on all purchases. Just let me know if you have any issues and it can be resolved in one way or another. Please check my returns policy.
What Forms of Payment do you Accept?
We take Mastercard, Visa and American Express, we also offer afterpay.
How do I Subscribe/Unsubscribe from your Mailing List?
Just click the preference links at the bottom of the newsletter you’ve received or contact me direct if there’s any problem.
Can I Cancel my Order and get a Refund?
Yes…but if it’s already been shipped it will need to be returned at your cost before a full refund is possible. This does not include custom items. Get in touch if you have any changes and I will do what I can to accommodate them.
